Renting our room / Using online platform

Prices for renting the room:

Your booking time must include preparation of your event and subsequent cleaning of Hjerterum – we therefore recommend that you book an extra half hour on either side of your event.

Setting up your event

It costs 100kr. in administration fee for us to setup your event on our website and Facebook, which can be paid via MobilePay to 734388 when booking.

How much of a discount should Hjerterum members receive when you get half price on the rent?

If you charge less than 400 kr. for your workshop/course, you must at give at least 100 kr. off.

If you charge between 400 kr. and 800 kr. for your workshop/course, you must give at least 25% off.

If you charge between 800 kr. and 2000 kr. for your workshop/course, you must give at least 20% off.

If you charge between 2000 kr. and 4000 kr. for your workshop/course, you must give at least 15% off.

If you charge more than 4,000 kr. for your workshop/course, you must give at least 10% off.

Using our platform for online events:

We offer you our platform for free, but you are responsible for all the practicalities of setting up your event. You are also responsible for receiving payment from participants.

Also, you must offer your event to our members at half price or have a 50 kr discount, whichever is the greater discount for the member.

Please note that non-members will always pay at least 50 kr.
