Renting our room / Using online platform

Prices for renting the room:

Booking of Hjerterum with this new model, starts from Monday 23 March 2026.

Introduction prices (when giving member discount) – May 1. to August 31.

There is a 50 % discount during this period.

B-time 

(Weekdays before 17:30)
Base price (includes the first 2 hours): 75 kr

Price per extra hour: 37.5 kr


Minimum member discount 50 k

A-time 

(Weekdays after 17:30 and weekends)
Base price (includes the first 2 hours): 200 kr

Price per extra hour: 75 kr


Minimum member discount 100 kr

Important rules
No overlap:
 Booking cannot cross the 17:30 time line (with the member discount option). It must be either entirely B-time or entirely A-time.
Duration
: Minimum 2 hours and maximum 10 hours per booking.
Preparation
 time for setup and cleaning must be included in the booked time slot (we recommend 30 minutes before and after).

How it works
We have developed a price calculator where you can easily see the rental price for your event – simple and with no surprises. You will be able to calculate the rental price and send a booking request directly using the form built into the calculator.

Below you will see two price calculators. The first one to be used for events between 1st May and 31st August, and the second from 1st September:

Using our platform for online events:

We offer you our platform for free, but you are responsible for all the practicalities of setting up your event. You are also responsible for receiving payment from participants.

Also, you must offer your event to our members at half price or have a 50 kr discount, whichever is the greater discount for the member.

Please note that non-members will always pay at least 50 kr.
