In Hjerterum you can become part of a small group – a tribe – for a while. Hjerterum Tribes exist to bring Hjerterum members together and create a nurturing community. A tribe consists of between 5 and 8 members. It is a unique opportunity to get to know yourself and other people more deeply and achieve a deep and intimate connection to other people in a small community.
The Tribe Meeting
You meet with your Tribe once a month – or more if you agree. You take turns being the moderator. Before each meeting, we send you material that contains a main theme and a number of sub-questions that you can work on in the tribe. In this way, there is a structure that allows you to shed light on some essential areas in yourself and each other.
Our intention is to come up with some themes that you can all relate to in your daily lives in your own way. Something magical happens when you begin to see that your challenges are not unique, but shared by others – that they are in fact deeply human and common. In the encounter with the recognition of others, the feeling of standing alone can dissolve, and the loneliness and shame that many of us carry can begin to be let go of.
The themes will vary, but what they have in common is that they direct attention to something fundamental and deep within each of you. Our intention is to bring forward topics that awaken your vulnerability and authenticity, so that an experience of being seen on a deeper level can arise – for who you are and with what you carry. A typical tribe meeting lasts 2 hours. You can choose to create your own structure or use our program template.
See our program template:

How long does a tribe last?
A tribe does not have a set expiration date – it continues as long as there is desire and will. If you wish to step out of your tribe, you are free to do so. However, we recommend that you agree on a commitment for a period of time at the first meeting – it could be 6 months, for example – so that trust, continuity and depth are created in the group. If a member leaves the tribe, you can try to find a new member yourself, or you can write to tribes@holistisk.org, and we will help you find a good match.
Registration
Are you ready to go a step deeper with other people – and experience a deeper connection to yourself and others? Then write to tribes@holistisk.org right away. Write briefly about yourself and why you would like to join a tribe. The clearer the picture we get of you, the easier it is for us to create the right match. Remember that you must be an active member of Hjerterum to join (if you are not a member – then click here) Once we have processed your application and found a tribe for you, we will put you in touch with your new tribe. If, contrary to expectations, we cannot offer you a place in a tribe, we will write to you.
We hope you will find connection, community and meaning with Hjerterum Tribes ♡
P.S. We would like to point out that participation in Hjerterum Tribes is at your own risk. Hjerterum creates the framework and structure – but we expect that you as a participant possess a maturity that allows you to take responsibility for yourself in the group, and for what may come up. If a conflict should arise in the group, we encourage you to try to resolve it together in the group. If something, contrary to expectations, becomes too difficult for you to resolve yourself, you can contact us at tribes@holistisk.org, and we will try to help to the best of our ability.
