PRICE FOR RENTING THE ROOM
Using our online price calculator, you can quickly and easily calculate your price for renting the hall on the page here
Here you will also find a complete list of prices.
PAYMENT
Once we have made an agreement to book the hall with you, we will send you an invoice. It is only when we have received payment from you that we start creating your event on our website and Facebook page.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation deadlines:
Hjerterum always keeps the Basic Price amount, regardless of when you cancel. This is to cover administration costs.
Weekdays
4 weeks before – You will receive 100% of the remaining amount after deducting the Basic Price (for courses/recurring events we only keep 1 x basic price)
3 weeks before – You will receive 50% of the remaining amount after deducting the Basic Price (for courses/recurring events we only keep 1 x basic price)
Weekends and courses
8 weeks before – You will receive 100% of the remaining amount after deducting the Basic Price (for courses/recurring events we only keep 1 x basic price)
6 weeks before – You will receive 50% of the remaining amount after deducting the Basic Price (for courses/recurring events we only keep 1 x basic price)
Cancellation fee for last-minute cancellation
Last-minute cancellations will now cost DKK 250 in cancellation fee.
To avoid the fee, cancellation must be made no later than the day before at 2:00 p.m.
But – fortunately, you can actually cancel your event yourself and save the fee if you are prevented at the last minute!
This option may only be used for last-minute cancellations and not for regular cancellations. Always remember to send us an email at hjerterum@holistisk.org and inform us that you have made a cancellation.

MARKETING
As a user of our room, you get a lot of invaluable benefits included: Marketing on both our website + our popular Facebook page. At member events, we expect you to tell about the event on your own network. Thus, further advertising lies with you as a tenant.
SHOULD YOU BE A MEMBER OF HJERTERUM AS A TEACHER ?
YES. The foundation in Hjerterum is based on the support of our dear members, and even if you as a teacher do not participate in the many different events, you are still instrumental in supporting us in our work. You can pay for either a normal membership, the reduced membership or the support-membership. If there are several teachers for a course of events, all teachers should be members. There can of course be exceptions if the teacher is only having a single event.
As a teacher in Hjerterum, there are good benefits:
- We setup your event on our website and Facebook page.
- You reach our large network, which includes around 170 members and over 5000 followers on Facebook.
- As a member you can edit your own event on our website, as well as access the list of participants who have registered through the website.
- You can get a helping hand from one of our sweet volunteers for your event – e.g. for setting up chairs / tables, making coffee / tea table or help with key box.
- You can participate for free in our community dinners, movie evenings, sharing evenings, etc., where you can meet the users of Hjerterum, network with other teachers and become part of our wonderful community.
CLEANING AFTER AN EVENT
It is important that you ensure that the room is clean and tidy after you have used Hjerterum, so that the room is ready for those who will use the room after you. See the cleaning requirements here >
If the cleaning is not in order, a cleaning fee of DKK 250 will be charged.

This is the best way to reach us. All bookings, questions, and general inquiries are handled via email.
Hjerterum Messenger – for PR and urgent matters

The Hjerterum Messenger page is primarily used for:
- PR material from teachers and facilitators (for example, links to posts, reels, or other promotional content for events that have already been created)
- Urgent matters that require a quick response
If your matter is urgent, please include your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hjerterum Café
Members of the board are often present in the café on Thursday afternoons. Feel free to stop by or arrange a meeting with one of us.
Communication channels we do not use
Please do not send private Messenger messages to board members.
The same applies to calls or messages sent to board members’ private phone numbers.
Using Hjerterum’s shared communication channels helps ensure that inquiries are not missed and that multiple board members can assist when needed.
